Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice cream, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every pint delivered to your door. If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our team within 48 hours for a replacement or a full refund.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your shipment for any signs of damage or excessive melting while the dry ice is still active.
Document Issues
If there is a problem, take clear photos of the shipping box, the dry ice packaging, and the condition of the ice cream pints.

Email our support team with your order number and photo evidence to initiate a claim for a refund or a replacement shipment.
Resolution Processing
